JUYAF is fighting for Justice for this lady named Ummi Muhammad resident of Azare, Katagum local government Bauchi state, who has been aggressively assaulted by her husband Babale Sarki M of Chara Chara Azare, while she is 9 Months pregnant carrying his child and as a result of beating he killed the child and destroyed her uterus. This incident is not the first time happening to her, the first child was also killed aggressively by the same husband through a serious beating, as JUYAF will not tolerate such an act of inhumane, the police arrested the husband to investigate the case After completing the investigation and then brought him before the judge to proceed with the trial. Now the case is before the judge and the case will continue to be heard until the judge gives him a verdict on the brutal abuse and murder of an unborn child.
JUYAF sent members to monitor the case from the police to the court to ensure justice for this woman is done, They also visited the victim at the hospital to check her health condition, which made them donate money to reduce the debt owed to the hospital before she is discharged from the hospital.
While the case remains before the judge, JUYAF will continue to monitor the case until justice is done for this woman.
